    Studio Policies

    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class commencement for your convenience.

    Please advise your instructor of any injuries, if you are pregnant or of any health matter.

    If you are new to the studio, you will be required to fill out a Health and Wellbeing

    Questionnaire at reception prior to attending class.

    • Soul Vida is committed to your health and wellbeing.
    • Our studio is a shoe free zone – mobile phones are to be put on silent or switched off
    • We are a smoke – free environment.
    • Class Props like yoga mats, blankets, eye pillows are available for your convenience.

    How do I reserve a class?

    All classes can be booked on line via mind-body.

    Class Cancellations

    Late Cancel

    Please note that all cancellations must be made at least 12 hrs before the class time.
    A late cancellation fee will apply otherwise.
    Late cancellations will be subject to a $15 late cancel fee and will be
    charged to your credit card on file.

    No Show

    If you fail to show up for your class and you haven’t cancelled the class a $15
    No Show fee will apply.

    Membership Holds

    If you need to put your membership on hold Soul Vida allows you to put your membership on hold for a maximum of 6 weeks / per year.

    • If you need to put your membership on hold more than once, an administration fee of $40 per month on hold will apply.
    • All friend passes are valid for 1 Month only.
    • Packages and Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable
